Returns & Exchange Policy – Elarah

At Elarah, we take great pride in delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece. While we truly hope you love your purchase, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

An exchange will only be considered in the rare event that a manufacturing fault is identified. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images or videos as proof.

Please note that Elarah does not offer cash refunds on any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

Customized orders and purchases made using a discount code are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for chargebacks.

Elarah reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Item being out of stock

• Pricing or listing errors

• Product found defective during quality control

• Payment declined by the issuing bank or financial institution
